Instead of giving a chronological work history, focus on your strengths and how they pertain to the role. If possible, illustrate with examples.
Good answer: “I’m a quiet professional and a team-player. I am person who can follow instructions well. I am a good communicator and very conscious of the responsibilities such work entails.In my last job, I initiated a “wellness” program, to help colleagues with their health, fitness, nutrition, supplementation, and even injury prehab/rehab. I utilized a wide variety of resources and thoroughly enjoyed the tangible results some of the participants experienced (Nik Simon, for example).
